When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the bill of lading number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment on the ACS site.
All orders are subject to product acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are unbound and can be purchased by other customers if you have not completed your order. There is also the possibility that the final quality control before sending an order will prevent us from sending a product that does not meet our quality standards. In this case the customer is informed immediately and the order can be canceled.
Agniadissport.gr offers for sale products that are in stock and are immediately available for shipment. In case a product is expected soon from our suppliers, the indication “SOON AVAILABLE” appears under the item. In this case, you have the opportunity to pre-purchase the product by contacting the customer service department to receive the product as a priority, once it is received by our supplier. Your rights to pre-purchases are the same as for any other purchase from agniadissport.gr. Complaints policy and supplier obligations for defects and lack of products
If a product you have ordered does not exist, then our company and the store manager will do their best to find and send you all the products you have ordered. Sometimes, however, some codes have been exhausted and the warehouses have not been updated. If the product is no longer available, the store manager will contact you to inform you and give you alternative suggestions.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In case that with proven fault of jeanstore.gr products of defective quality were sent or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, with poor packaging then jeanstore.gr assumes the responsibility of the replacement, the cost of the return as well as the expenses resend. In order to determine that the product is defective you should send us an email eshop@agniadissport.gr with photos of the product in order to be checked by the competent department of the company. Payment for the order is made by the customer to the employee of the courier company (ACS Courier) upon delivery, either in cash or using a credit or debit card.

RETURN POLICY

Refund : Refunds are made within 14 working days of the return of the items being received and checked. Refunds are only made on the original credit card used to pay for the order.
